First came Isaac Blackman and the Love circle, then came Kirk, later came Damita Haddon, Sherwin Gardner and Marvin Winans....then Gospel reggae crooner Stitchie...waat! As uch as the secular industry might cry foul over being "bypassed" by Uganda in showbiz, thingz are literally different in the gospel industry.
The Kenyan gospel industry has hosted more than 5 mainstream international gospel artistes as opposed to our secular counterparts. We are headed somewhere only the spacing is so long that we almost forget as soon as they leave!
August 14th and 15th will see Nairobi Baptist Church host one of the biggest mainstream worship artiste Israel Houghton in VIP concert. According to close sources, the VIP show tickets will be costing a whooping Ksh. 2000 while the show on 15th will be a free show.
So for all worship lovers and Israel's lovers get psyched and wet your appetites for a worship concert extraordinaire.
